那么，大人可以如何科学地指导孩子宣泄情绪呢？
除了上面提到的哭哭鼻子，发发脾气。
可以试试运动法。
当孩子情绪低落时，不妨带他们去户外跑跑步、打打球、打打儿童沙袋，让汗水带走烦恼。
或者试试画画法。
让孩子拿起画笔，在画纸上自由地挥洒，把心中的情绪都画出来。
还有音乐法（现在流行音乐疗法）。
听一首喜欢的歌，或者自己唱出来，都能让心情得到舒缓。
深呼吸与冥想。
教孩子学会深呼吸，闭上眼睛，专注于自己的呼吸，让心灵平静下来。
这种方法在《父母的觉醒》里有推荐，我自己也一直用来调心，简单有效，适合在家随时练习。
当然，也可以试试写日记，把心里的想法和感受写下来，这也是一种很好的情绪宣泄方式。4
此外，还可以教孩子学会用ABC理论自我疏导。
A代表事件，B代表对事件的看法，C代表由此产生的情绪。
很多时候，我们的情绪并不是由事件本身决定的，而是由我们对事件的看法决定的。
所以，当孩子遇到不开心的事情时，引导他们换个角度去看问题，也许就能找到不一样的答案和心情。5
情绪调整好了之后，我们更重要的是直面产生情绪的背后问题，去解决问题。
情绪是情绪，问题是问题，一码归一码。
闹完情绪后，仍要直面问题，解决问题。
如果是因为和朋友吵架而闹情绪，等心情平复后，就要思考如何与朋友沟通和解，修复关系；
若是因为学习上的困难而情绪低落，那就要制定计划，攻克难题。
只有这样，孩子才能在一次次情绪的起伏中学会成长，在一个个问题的解决中不断进步。6
